Every time we called she picked up the phone. Had all the answers to our questions, and if she didn’t she made sure to have them as soon as possible. Always happy and more than willing to show you any property you want to see, as well as sending you homes to look at while she isn’t showing you properties. We met her at an open house in the neighborhood we fall in love, we couldn’t make the offer on that house we first saw and we thought we wanted that but in a good way it was better that someone else got the offer accepted, because just after a week later Erika contacted us with really great news, informing us that there was another house in the same neighborhood, and indeed it was the way we wanted, the way we had prayed for, so we are first so grateful with God and of course with the great job she did during all the process!! And a plus, she speaks Spanish!!

We didn’t have any experience with that. Erika made the entire process extremely smooth for us and was on it every step of the way- all the way until our closing date. She got an idea of what we were looking for the very first day we started looking at homes and kept that in mind the whole time. She was extremely accommodating of my schedule since I work in restaurants my schedule is all over the place and she was always there to show listings and answer the phone! We were house hunting for nearly a month and it was frustrating for both of us and she always stayed positive and confident!
